Description
The Lead CSR is responsible for the daily oversight of all scheduling of new patients of the Cancer Center. the Lead CSR is responsible for the initial patient registration process including insurance, referral needs, and scheduling with providers in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology. The Lead CSR communicates and collaborates with team members of the hospital, Atlanticare Physician Group and the oncology team to provide quality customer service to the new patients.
