Job Summary: Join a mission-driven team providing inpatient medical coding for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This fully remote position ensures compliance with DHA coding standards and accuracy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT codes for inpatient services.Ensure DRG assignment, compliance, and accuracy.Utilize MHS GENESIS, 3M Encompass 360, JLV systems.
Qualifications:
5+ years inpatient coding experience (or 3 years MTF experience).Certified Coder (CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT).Security clearance eligibility (Tier 1 Investigation).
Position contingent on contract award. With an early summer start date
