Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Provide clinical input and assistance to PQE during product incident report (PIR) intake and documentation per SOP.Document product incident reports (PIR) involving patient injury based on SOP. Record relevant information concerning product complaints and communicate to PQE and other departments as appropriate.Provide appropriate and accurate verbal and or written communication to inquiring customer and internal B. Braun Medical associates regarding our products.Provide current product cross reference information to internal BBraun Medical associates and external customersAssist sales force with in-service and or clinical assessments on an as needed basisRepresent the voice of the customer, clinician, patient, or other usersSome weeks on call, answering emergency clinical and or technical questions after normal business hours

Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals.May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of other peers.Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Required:
Bachelor's degree required.01-03 years related experience OR PBS requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.Regular and predictable attendanceOccasional business travel required, On-call hours as needed, Valid RN license, Valid Pharmacist license
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Compensation: $73,987 - $92,489

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
