How you will contribute to LifeNet Healths success:
The Corporate Headquarters Receptionist is the first point of contact for all corporate campus visitors, employees, and vendors. Greets visitors, manages phone calls, and remains up to date with organizational changes to transfer clients and customers efficiently and effectively to the appropriate parties. Performs various administrative related functions in support of Corporate Support management to ensure delivery of contracted site services for all LifeNet Health locations including sites globally in the LifeNet Health portfolio. Assists management and Corporate Support staff with daily administrative tasks and functions, including management of ServiceNow requests for site services.
What youll do:
Help Desk: Receives, reassigns, and completes ServiceNow system requests for facilities contracted site services in a timely manner, covering requests for housekeeping, security, vending and catering, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and other similar associated vendors for all LifeNet Health locations. Under the supervision of leadership, may coordinate with service vendors for services at nationwide locations including scheduling and processing of quotes, purchase orders, and invoicesCorporate Switchboard: Answers incoming calls in a courteous manner and redirects those calls professionally. Stays up to date on organizational changes to efficiently and effectively redirect phone calls to the correct party.Administrative Support: Perform various administrative functions in support of Corporate Support staff to include processing of purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices, and processing of warehouse orders for stocked materials used by Service Vendors. Assists with data entry, badge creation and access, and other administrative duties supporting site services. Ensures adequate supplies are on hand for day-to-day operations, including conference room and copy room supplies. Coordinates adequate meeting arrangements including room reservations, food, and drink, as necessary. Maintains tidy and presentable front desk reception area(s)Customer Service: Welcomes onsite visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. Determines the nature of business and ensures visitors sign the visitor agreement (electronically or by paper). Ensures all visitors, employees, and vendors follow all security procedures where applicable. Point of contact for local vendors, where applicable.

Salary: $18.51 - $24.68/hour
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidates qualifications and prior relevant experience. * Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
