Job Summary
This role is primarily Responsible supporting Account Manager / Rehab Manager in a large territory through various elements to achieve / exceed specified sales expectations of Sunrise Medical products including (but not limited to): delivering and servicing Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment to clinics, hospitals, dealers, Veteran Affairs (VA) facilities, and client homes with ATP and/or Account Manager / Rehab Manager in a designated territory. Performs the service and repair to CRT mobility equipment; and maintains assigned Sunrise Medical sample inventory. Responsible for managing scheduled appointments and support territory goals by enhancing customer / clinical relationships through positive customer service and technical assistance.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
Delivery and set up of CRT mobility equipment for evaluations / assessments.Trains ATP's and clinics on safe use of company equipment as directed.Performs troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment independently.Performs / demonstrates the features and benefits of company products to prospective ATPs, Clinicians and clinics as directed by Account Manager / Rehab Manager.Communicates daily with Account Manager / Rehab Manager, assigned customer service if needed regarding delivery and/or service requirements.Completes and submits paperwork, checks email within 24 hours as requested.Maintains inventory control and prepares status reports and conducts quarterly physical-count inventory.Documents and reports all product issues per company guidelines and procedures.Complete other assigned tasks as requested by Regional Director / Account Manager / Rehab Manager.Overnight travel and some special events on weekends are required.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent related experienceMinimum three years of CRT industry experience performing technical service. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Above average verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy in a Windows environment.Must maintain a Valid Driver's License.
