High school diploma or equivalent, ANDOne year of experience with high volume contact with the public; OR 6 months of medical office experience, with high volume contact with patientsBLS/CPR within six weeks of hire and then maintained without interruption. Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies): Fluency in written and spoken English. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Excellent telephone communication skills.Extensive computer skills including MS Office and Windows required. Excellent customer service skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment required. Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Must have good grammar skills.
