Physical RequirementsThis position requires regularly standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); intermittently lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds; and occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Also involves some job-related travel (less than 10% of time); exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; and exposure to loud noises, temperature extremes, hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, cuts/punctures, and blood-borne or airborne pathogens.

Job SummaryThe ESH Clerical Associate's primary responsibility is to support patient care delivery by processing physician orders, maintaining patient records, managing patient information, and providing customer service. This individual must have excellent organization and communication skills. Will work provisionally as scheduled.
Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; experience and knowledge in using Outlook, SCM, SRM, HQPM, APM, AEHR &PICIS; have high attention to detail; excellent communication skills (both written & verbal); ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment; ability to be flexible and to learn new things quickly.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/ExperienceAssociate degree and 3 years of medical records and/or document scanning experience highly preferred.
