Overview

Responsibilities of the student worker position include: import and de-duplicate text files of electronic database search results; manage EndNote library citations, including detailed tracking of relevant project metadata; search for and request journal articles from the OHSU library website; retrieve electronic copies of journal articles from the Internet; format report bibliographies; format report contents, such as in-text tables; and perform other related tasks as needed. This is a great opportunity to learn more about health care research and systematic reviews. This is an hourly position. Hours to be arranged based on project needs and mutual schedules.

Responsibilities

Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in (check one)
Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours), OR
Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
Requires excellent computer skills, a keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Preference will be given to graduate students in public health, health sciences, nursing, sociology, or related programs.Familiarity with systematic reviews, or clinical or health services research.
Ability to learn new software programs.Experience with research citation management software (EndNote).
