Job Responsibilities:
Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with high accuracy.
Type and format various documents, including reports and correspondence.
Review and edit transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Ensure all transcribed materials meet company standards and confidentiality requirements.
Maintain organized records and files of completed tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Stay updated on transcription software and typing best practices.
Job RequirementsL
Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 60 words per minute
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with transcription software and tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent listening and comprehension skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or transcription is a plus
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable handling confidential information
Ability to work remotely and must be authorized to work in the US.
