Overview
Clinical: Serve as a general surgeon with an emphasis on bariatric procedures. Duties will include both ambulatory care and surgical procedures. Fair share of call coverage is expected, commensurate with HMC practices.
Administration: Participate in educational/proctoring activities at HMC in conjunction with clinical need and academic interests. Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
MD/DO-Board Certified in General Surgery Experience in bariatric surgery Competency in minimally invasive surgery OR Medical License Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases. DEA Certificate ACLS/BLS as required for clinical privileges.
