Overview
This position provides complex administrative support to the Department of Regenerative and Reconstructive Sciences, including Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatrics, and the GPR Program. These programs provide dental services in both the RLSB School of Dentistry and the Hospital Dental Services. This position requires decision making based on knowledge of the School of Dentistry policies and procedures.
The Administrative Coordinator in the Department of Regenerative and Reconstructive Sciences provides reliable administrative support to faculty and leaders within the Department. The incumbent in this position demonstrates advanced technical knowledge, data collection and analyses skills, and the ability to coordinate administrative work and activities to ensure a smooth flow of services and operations.
Duties include utilizing education and scheduling software, maintaining records, calendaring and tracking faculty work assignment schedules, supporting department recruitment, onboarding and orientation, compliance tracking, IT contact for department, making travel and lecturer arrangements, and expenditure tracking and reimbursements.
This position may be approved for a hybrid work location, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite.
Responsibilities
