Job Duties:TelephonesTaskingTriagePre-certificationsMedication RefillsAssistance with scheduling on occasionRooming patientsObtaining and documenting patient vitals and histories.Preparing patients for exams.Assisting physician (provider) with exams and minor proceduresInjectionsStocking, monitoring and cleaning exam rooms/work area and patient waiting areas.As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainingsVarious other duties as assigned/neededMust be Registered or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.Licensed Practical Nurse may also be considered for this position.Previous experience as a scribe preferred.
