Responsibilities
The Product Manager must communicate with all areas of the InComm Payments enterprise. The role is to work closely with the InComm Healthcare software-development team and suppliers to develop products. The role works with the InComm Payments Creative and Operations organizations to ensure alignment between InComm Healthcare end products and technology products. The role works with Marketing to define the go-to-market approach, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. The role also serves as the internal and external evangelist for the technology product offering, often working with Account Management, Sales, and key customers on solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire product lifecycle for assigned products, from strategic planning to tactical executionManage multiple InComm Healthcare products, which includes drafting new-product definitions, business-case analysis, charters, product requirements, participating in the QA process (acceptance testing), launch, and ongoing maintenance of products once launchedFormulate short-to-long-term consolidated product-suite road mapsAlign InComm Healthcare technology product plans with related InComm Healthcare products Market Analysis
Understand the relevant market(s) and ROI to translate unmet needs into product capabilitiesEngage with clients and InComm stakeholders to understand unmet requirementsContinually review products and plans for required enhancements based on market results and feedbackProduct Development
Ensure the development of product enhancements to meet specificationsCraft and Refine User Stories and Features for developmentManage Intake, refinement and prioritization of the development team's work to ensure delivery of value to stakeholders Sales Support
Collaborate with InComm Healthcare Sales and Marketing in pricing products and solutionsServe as the InComm Healthcare expert for assigned technology productsAssist InComm Healthcare Sales and Marketing in crafting and selling product-based solutions
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in product managementThe candidate should encompass some or all of the following:BS/BA in Business and or technical degreeAgile Training, Scrum or otherMust be able to juggle multiple projects and manage changing and competing prioritiesExperience with Business to Business applicationsExperience with large datasets and data analytics is a plus.
Up to 15% travel
