POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
The Therapist will demonstrate warmth, hopefulness and enthusiasm in their work on behalf of consumers and will have a personal philosophy which is person-centered and embodies wellness, recovery and resiliency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Master's in Behavioral Health Field
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Licensed or actively working toward licensure as an LCSW or LPC. LCADC preferred. Valid NJ driver's license for use of Company Vehicle. QPRT, CPR, CPI
EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience working with consumers with serious mental illness, preferable in a community support environment. Experience with the integrated treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is required.
