Overview
Implement and adapt existing analytic tools for high dimensional data analysis. Development and application of data-analytical and theoretical methods, mathematical modeling and computational simulation techniques. Write programs in R and Python. Help to develop new analytic pipelines and tool.
Responsibilities
PhD in immunology or Computational Biology with knowledge of immunology OR Master's Degree in Computational Biology or related field AND 6 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of Bachelor's in relevant field in conjunction with training and experience may be considered. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being collaborative in resolving problems. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time. Must possess energy and drive to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain effective working relationships.
