VHS has an opportunity for a Healthcare Sourcer. We are looking for a person capable of multitasking while working closely with recruiting and leadership. They require agility to complete a variety of assignments. Utilizing their skills do you source and research markets to help recruiter fill unique and challenging job requisitions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Lead provider sourcing activities for specified provider specialties to ensure open positions are filled in an efficient manner with qualified providers to represent VHSUtilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and attract healthcare professionals.Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and recruitment best practices.Assist with the generation and implementation of new, streamlined recruitment processes, initiatives, and key messaging.Manage and maintain applicant tracking tool (Bullhorn) to track candidate information, and implement sourcing strategies and referral process/pipeline physician databasesCreate recruitment strategies for assigned specialties to include internal and external website utilization, marketing initiatives, and physician recruitment associations.Communicate with recruiters regarding process, job openings, and candidates in the pipeline.Participate in special projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years' related experience.
